1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TaBrisha Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Now & Forever 360 Photo Booth ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By browsing our website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. Formal event bookings are additionally governed by our written Service Contract.

2. Inquiry & Booking Policy

• Inquiries Do Not Confirm Bookings: Submitting a website inquiry form does not guarantee date availability or secure a booth reservation.
• Reservation Confirmation: A booking is officially confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service contract and payment of the required non-refundable retainer/deposit.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due per the timeline outlined in your final service agreement, typically prior to the event date.

3. Space, Power & Venue Requirements

To ensure a safe, high-end experience for your guests, the client is responsible for providing:

• A minimum dedicated flat space of at least 10x10 feet for the 360 Booth setup, red carpet, stanchions, and safe spinning radius.
• A dedicated standard 110V/120V electrical outlet within 25–30 feet of the installation area.
• Shelter from rain, direct high heat, wind, and outdoor elements for outdoor events.
• Safe loading and unloading access to the venue at least 60–90 minutes before operational start time.

4. Guest Safety & Conduct

Our on-site professional attendants are present to guide guests, ensure safe rotation, and operate the platform. The 360 booth accommodates 4–5 guests comfortably. Guests must follow attendant safety directions. The Company reserves the right to suspend operation without refund if guest conduct poses a safety risk to guests, our team, or equipment.

5. Digital Delivery & Network Connectivity

Instant sharing features (AirDrop, SMS, Email, QR Code) depend upon reliable cell reception or venue Wi-Fi. In the event of weak venue connectivity, videos and photos will queue automatically and be dispatched once internet access is restored. All event captures will be packaged into a full downloadable digital gallery provided to the event host.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are governed by the signed event agreement. Due to the exclusive nature of reserving peak event dates and staffing professional attendants, deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made within reasonable advance notice will be accommodated subject to calendar availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

TaBrisha Enterprises, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from unforeseen equipment malfunctions, power disruptions caused by the venue, or extreme weather conditions beyond reasonable control. In all events, our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the agreement.
